Update 2

Here's a quick update. Probably the last one? I'm open to more later of course, assuming people actually play this thing.

Based on some feedback and bug reports:

• Options text should be more legible
• Dreams of Gold should no longer bug when Windows screen scaling is in use

Additionally:

• Some fancy animated effects after rolls
• Scene backgrounds now use webp instead of png. Even using lossless mode, that resulted in roughly 51 MB becoming roughly 21 MB.
• Fixed some build-related bugs
• Removed some cruft that DGR uses but DoG does not
• Manually touched up logo. Although SVG is supposed to scale to any resolution, sometimes it doesn't do what you might like.
